"The staff and amenities were best of my experience in Sapporo. Clean comfy 5 stars and worth every penny! Free access to jacuzzis and sauna and free dunks for happy hour. Trust me, this is the best I’ve had and I’ve traveled all over the world. I’m going back asap. Definitely did not disappoint."

"I stayed in a corner suite, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. The hotel is new, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff was not particularly helpful, but given that this is a large hotel, I suppose you cannot expect too much in terms of personalized service. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again."

"위치는 스스키노 역에서 두블럭정도라 아주 좋았고 방은 트리플인데도 트윈 크기에 침대를 억지로 하나더 놓은 상태라 좁게 지냈음 직원들은 친절하고 조식도 아기자기하게 먹을만 했음. 다만 1층 공용화장실은 지린내가 많이 났음. 가격대비 괜찮은 편임."
