"The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice. I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but unfortunately the bedroom window (Room #7) faced a separate residential house that had many very loud and annoying dogs that barked every day from 6am to 12pm without stopping. It was very hard to get sleep because of this. It's not the hotel's fault, but people staying in Room #7 should be aware of this. Also, it is a 15 minute to the nearest bus stop."

"Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. Breakfast was delicious we loved it and again checkout was easy. Cheerful and helpful staff, clean hotel and delicious healthy breakfast. Thank you hotel Sun!!!"
