The bathtub was huge and the food at the hotel restauraunt was good. The staff was friendly and hard working. My one complaint was that the mini-refrigerator in our room smelled absolutely disgusting. I don't think the cleaning staff checked the refrigerator, and if they did it's concerning that they thought it was appropriate to leave it as is.

Very cozy hotel in the small quiet town of Shiroshi. We stayed here only one night for easy access to the Zao Fox Sanctuary the following day, it was well worth all the effort to go and see. Easy access to Shinkansen bullet train, and a Family Mart right across the street.

Very limited free parking. Had to use the paid parking lot. Bed was very uncomfortable, sloped from both sides into the middle so my wife and I both rolled to the centre of the bed. Rooms very small, no room to fully open a suitcase. No microwave or coffee in the room but it did have an electric kettle.

自転車での利用でしたので、駐輪場をお借りする際、雨予報が出ていたため、フロントスタッフの方が軒下での駐輪を許可してくださいました。自転車は大雨の中でも濡れず、次の日のライドも快適に行えました。臨機応変な対応に心から感謝です。また、外出する際に傘をお借りしました。笑顔で対応していただいたので、とてもいい気持ちでした。 部屋は、息子と2人で泊まるのにちょうど良いサイズ。そして、新幹線好きの息子は新幹線が通るのを喜んで見ておりました。 ちょっと新幹線の通過音が気になる方はいると思いますが、しっかり眠れました。
