"The hotel is good, stayed there once before. This time the mattresses were very not as good as last time, I was sinking in. The biggest let down was the Tesla charging. Last time I was charged $10, which was reasonable and the reason I stayed in this hotel again while visiting Nelson bay. This time I was charged $20! Apparently "the price went up few weeks ago" according to staff, but it didn't go up just few percent but doubled in price.. This was very disappointing.."

"A pleasant and easy place to stay for a family. Friendly staff were welcoming. Bonus that there are EV chargers available in one of the car parks. Pool is lovely. "

"Great location and perfect for a short trip, easy walking distances, well equiped kitchen, good washer and dryer. However the place is quite dirty, carpet is filthy, man in apartment below smokes so the smell wafts up. Not there to spend time inside however."

It made the whole trip feel easy and convenient without needing to drive everywhere. Overall, the experience was wonderful and truly great value for money. The park was welcoming, well-positioned, and made for a stress-free holiday. A special thank you to the lovely staff, who were friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
