They are delighted to share this special retreat with guests, hoping you'll create your own unforgettable moments with family and friends.

Just 400 metres from the golden sands of Shoal Bay Beach, the vibrant waterfront village, and the popular Shoal Bay Country Club, you'll have cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, and the area's stunning coastline right at your doorstep.
Designed for effortless group living, the home features two fully equipped kitchens, each complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine, making meal preparation simple and convenient. With three bathrooms in total—including two full bathrooms and an additional shower and toilet located in the external laundry—there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day spent exploring or relaxing at the beach.
Step outside to the large private backyard, where you can fire up the BBQ, enjoy alfresco dining, or challenge family and friends to a game on the lawn. An idyllic scene awaits in Shoal Bay, where a wide arc of white sand beach is adorned by a heritage lighthouse on one end and the striking Tomaree Head on the other. This small hamlet is a great base for enjoying the natural wonders of Port Stephens, including spotting dolphins in the wild, and embarking on hikes that finish with unforgettable views. The calm crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay are prefect for swimming, kayaking, fishing and stand up paddle boarding. Ride along and explore the scenic foreshore where you will find picnic tables and barbecue facilities, for the active guests you are able to hire Stand Up Paddle boards and Bikes.
At the eastern end of the bay is the magnificent Tomaree National Park where you can explore the paved Historic Fort Tomaree walk around the headland for the reminders of Australia's World War II coastal defense, from there you can enjoy the Tomaree Head summit walk for amazing breathtaking panorama views of Port Stephens and the NSW North Coast, if your lucky you can even spot whales during their migration season. Take the time to enjoy some of the stunning local beaches in the area Shoal Bay Beach, Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and Box Beach.
Shoal Bay offers a selection of cafes, restaurants and takeaway fish and chips shops, enjoy a meal over looking Shoal Bay Beach at Shoal Bay Country club or explore the tastes of authentic Greek food at Atmos, take the time to sit and enjoy the views of Shoal Bay at Port Stephens Game Fish Club.

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit is offered. 

All guests are required to complete our secure online guest agreement prior to your arrival. As part of this process, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence) and complete credit card pre-authorization. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. This property provides a lockbox entry.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8.00 am.
