"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and peaceful. I liked the Roku login to watch our own TV at night. Breakfast was delicious - I enjoyed that only two options were provided to choose from because it decreased decision fatigue while on vacation. Seamless checkin and checkout. Perfectly situated in Bar Harbor. Private parking was wonderful."

"Housekeeping was not automatic, you had to put a sign outside your door if you wanted it, which was annoying. If I’m paying over 500/night it should be automatic. Beds and pillows were lumpy. No full length mirror. Front desk girl was rude when I arrived one hour before check in and informed me the room wasn’t ready, which I did anticipate. I just didn’t appreciate her snippy attitude."
