Cozy Guest House

Cozy guest house with adorable fenced in area for pets. Hosts were onsite and very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits. Guest house was clean, comfortable and very charming.

Beautiful place to stay

Loved the guest house, very cute, cozy and clean! Owners were very accommodating and made you feel like family. I would highly recommend staying here and would welcome them at our home anytime.. we'll be back.

Superb in every way!

Wonderful location in a nice neighborhood.Several co-workers stayed while working at the Houston Yacht Club over a couple of months. Not only is it a nice apartment, the hosts went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. This included home baked goodies and tours of the area!

Winter getaway pl

Rental was perfect for us. Had a wonderful fenced in yard for our furbaby. We only had to bring our clothes and food. Everything else was provided by our hosts. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent from Barry and Jan again.

Wonderful Guest Suite with Yard

My husband, myself and 2 dogs needed a place for a couple of days and this was perfect. The amenities were generous, bed comfortable, hosts gracious and fenced yard perfect for our dogs. Loved our stay here.

Awesome place

This was a great place to relax after a very stressful drive. Enjoyed the views and fences in area for the puppies. Shell beach was neat to check out as well. Will definitely be back for a little longer visit next time.

Do yourself a favour and stay here! Hosts are awesome! Very central to area, Half our from Houston, half hour from Galveston and 10 minutes from Kemah boardwalk. Apartment is private, clean comfortable and the view can’t be beat.

Galveston Bay Delight

This property was an amazing place to stay. I loved having the opportunity to wake early and take a walk and watch the sun, rise above Galveston Bay. In the afternoon, I often sat outside and watched my dog enjoy the fenced in yard and I enjoyed the sunsets. I was so excited to see pelicans sitting on a dock,and on another occasion I saw 3 porpoises swim along the dock on their way out to deeper waters in the bay. Jan and Barry are experienced hosts and offer their expertise and knowledge about events and activities in the area. It is a fun, safe, and friendly place to spend your vacation.

This was a perfect place for my son to stay during the week he took classes at San Jacinto College Maritime Campus. The apartment was well-stocked and large enough for 1- 3 adults or a family of 4 with younger children. The owners were very helpful. Jan has some pet turtles which she keeps in a wonderful habitat outside. She was nice enough to tell us about them and allowed my son to pick a couple of them up. The apartment, as my title says, is comfortable, cozy and cute. We were also able to walk on the neighborhood's private pier in late evening, which was nice. It seems to be a family oriented neighborhood. I recommend staying here.

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment with a yard. My dogs were welcomed and loved! Excellent hosts made the experience even more pleasant. I was able to use Wi-Fi to work while I was there. I really enjoyed taking my dogs for a walk along the bay! I will definitely be back!
