Check in desk was completely inflexible regarding check in time. Not a minute early despite dozens of cleaned, empty rooms. Breakfast staff talked so loudly in kitchen area that I could not carry on a conversation in the dining area.

Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast
Requested non smoking room. Was unavailable. Room had foul smoke odors. No microwave or refrigerator. Not really pleased will not stay there again

Restful Retreat | Heated Pool & Game Room
This rental and location was absolutely what we were looking for! There are a few things that need to be fixed and cleaned around the place for maintenance purposes. But other than those minor things, this place was fun, perfect and accommodating! Would definitely stay again.
