"Hotel was very clean, no elevator, but staff allows you to pick first or second floor. Automatically will get charged $25 for destination fee, but get $12.50 in credit that can be used towards the restaurant/bar. Drinks were excellent. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The pool was also beautiful, though we didn't have time to enjoy it."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with each point of contact. Check in/out, dining, house keeping, maintenance. All were professional and helpful with everything. Our family stayed 4 days and the amnesties were great for all ages. Location was perfect. Only bummer was we had a garden view room and it appeared as if at one time a sprinkler had broke and sprayed the sliding glass door. It was so dirty we could not enjoy the beautiful view which was remedied by opening the door so not a huge loss. Let house keeping and front desk know. "
