Top Shottery Hotel Reviews
Chesford Grange Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Nice hotel and restaurant. Room was quiet and well blacked out in the morning."
The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
10/10 Excellent
"Great clean rooms, Well maintained pool and gym area with great service at the bar."
ibis Birmingham International Airport – NEC
8/10 Good
"The reception area was small, busy and noisy and looked like it was an afterthought bolted into a space next to the restaurant. However, absolutely nothing wrong with the room - all fine there. The biggest problem I had was working out which IBIS hotel was which. Arrived at Birmingham International in a thunderstorm. The train link to the airport wasn’t running. No directions - obviously. Any walking route was ultra confusing - and it was raining heavily. Went for an Uber but struggled for the distinction between IBIS, IBIS Budget and the other one up the road. Eventually worked it out. However, the Uber cost £16 and I wasn’t sure if he went the most direct way only to stop right outside a sign for BOTH IBIS hotels. Could have saved myself that hassle. How about IBIS A, B and C or something easy or just a prominent note on the hotel description (if there is one there then, standing in the rain next to the station drop off point in the dark, I couldn’t find it) ???"
The Lygon Arms
10/10 Excellent
"We took a dog room but it smelt - not the best"
