Blue North is a two bedroom, two bath cabin townhome with a sofa bed.
Unwind and savor anytime of the year at Blue North. Cozy and charming, this two bed, two bath town-home cabin sleeps 6. Nestled in the forest, you can enjoy hiking and the joys of nature, but we are also minutes to civilization! Five minutes to Fool Hollow lake, a beautiful community park/aquatic center and public golf. We provide lawn games, board games, sports equipment, camp chairs and cooler. Relax on the oversized log porches; grill some steaks on the gas grill; enjoy the whispering pines of the White Mountains. Whether you are looking for a quiet escape or an outdoor adventure, Blue North is your home away from home.

For the nature lovers, Blue North is set in the Sitgreaves National forest and abounds with trails and outdoor delights. Less than 3 miles to Fool Hollow lake for kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking and hiking. Plenty of lakes for fishing and adventure. We are also within five minutes of the community aquatic center, city park, and Bison golf club. Forty five minutes to Sunrise Ski Park.

Need some civilization? We are less than 5 minutes to Show Low with its festivals, antique shops, restaurants, go karts, and more. Come relax and enjoy the 'Up North' delights at Blue North!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
DUMPSTER LOCATIONS (3 DUMPSTERS): - One in the Torreon Real Estate office parking lot (left front of the cabin) - Two located on the right side of the cabin, further down on the Spirea Lane
TOWELS: Please place all used towels in the basket in the laundry room SOFA-BED: If used, leave the sofa-bed pulled-out.
LOCK: Please lock all windows and doors upon exiting. DOOR-LOCK: Just press “Lock” on the door(no key needed) and ensure it is locked before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM -7:00AM. Please remove shoes after entering. Violation of the rule can result in immediate eviction.
All stays of 30 days and over will be subject to an additional $99 charge for damage insurance. Monthly cleaning charge of $120 is required.
Please throw the garbage out when you checkout!

Out Of The Heat

The VRBO was 100% as advertised! The host was 100% attentive and responsive to our needs. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The temps were as we expected and the Torreon location was outstanding. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Immaculate cabin with attention to detail!

Everything about this cabin was perfect! Not only was it immaculate, it had everything we needed and more. The owners have done a great job decorating and making it feel like home. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. I love that there was so much to do within a short 30 min drive. We drove to Pinetop and went horseback riding at Porter Mountain Stables. The next day we traveled to Snowflake ate lunch at Cocina de Eva (great Mexican food) and picked pumpkins at Willis Farms. I hope we can continue to visit Blue North Cabin every fall!

Perfect mountain getaway!!

We loved this rental home! The owners strive to give their renters a five star experience and it shows! Very nice quality furniture, decor, towels, and bedding. Felt like home!! Very thoughtful touches like charging stations at each bedside. The house is stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals for a family of 4. Fun games and sports equipment available for use which we really enjoyed. If you are picky like me and really appreciate a beautiful, clean, and well appointed rental, look no further. This is it!

Getaway from Tucson

Enjoyed our 6 day getaway to escape the Tucson heat. Torreon resort and this villa are really nice and well maintained. It was nice to enjoy morning coffee and evening margaritas on the back porch.
