"It was very loud, stairs are dangerous, and requires a 100 dollar deposit before check in that was never returned to my bank account. For 200 dollars a night we could have gone to a much nicer place. "

"Hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was welcoming and helpful- we received a free bottle of wine and upgrade upon check in. Parking was so easy and the garage was attached to the hotel making it very convenient. Note there is a $10 “service charge” at the garage in addition to the daily rate of $50. Room was comfortable with a safe, fridge, work table, ironing board, and hair dryer. No coffee or clock in the room. Quiet and clean. Great location near the capital and a metro station. Would go back! "

"The only reason I am rating some aspects of this property as a 4 is because the water in the shower just never got truly warm. That was pretty disappointing. We also had issues using the complimentary soap in the shower because the bottle pumps were turned to a locking position or broken. "
