"Nonostante il personale abbia fatto di tutto per mettermi a mio agio, la struttura non è per gli standard occidentali. Manca di pulizia, servizi, dicono di avere lettini e ombrelloni ma non ci sono, si trova fuori città e in una zona degradata e nessun taxi vuole venire. Il cibo era orribile. "

"Checkin was not smooth as the hotel said they have not received my booking and it took them several hours to find my booking. At checkout again the receptionist asked for room payment which was already paid during booking. Breakfast menu was very limited and not up to the mark in quality & taste. "

There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage."

"Massiv place where most of it is empty and derelict. Not maintained and dirty. We had asked about the pool prior to our stay because this was the only reason for us staying there, and they told us it was available. Upon arrival we find it dirty and couldn't let the kids swim there.. We had one overnight stay in Jodhpur and it was a shame we wasted it in this hotel, and didn't stay at a hostel in the blue city. "the room was spacious, clean, heritage style, love the solid marble floor, the pool/garden view. the location is perfect for a good rest/sleep, very quiet, surrounded by trees/garden, waking up to bird songs and greenery... very refreshing for a big, busy city, and it is centrally located not in the outskirt of the city. Breakfast was included in my booking, good spread of Indian and continental and can be taken either in the dining room or the garden. the staff was helpful, wifi was free. ...
