The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. "As a former Pune native, this is my go-to place to stay when I visit. It is centrally located, especially close to Old City - the Peths, Deccan and so on. The amenities are lovely. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a noisy and crowded city. The two restaurants, in-house spa, pool, and incredible front desk and concierge services make it all wonderful. My extended family usually stays with me at the hotel."

There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.
