Home is 98 years old remodeled. Original hardwoods throughout. Listed pics of upstairs apt. Large spacious rooms. The neighborhood is very safe and established with 100+ year old homes and beautiful oak trees. Awesome restaurant's walking distance from the property.

Much Needed Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay in this vintage property with modern amenities.Our host was very friendly and reaching out to us daily with offers to help in any way needed.The living space was very comfortable with large spacious rooms and the area was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe in the neighborhood and rested very well in this environment.

Perfect get-a-way

House was very clean and accommodating. The neighborhood was full a great homes and manicured lawns. We felt very safe and the home was very close to all the great restaurants, bars and casinos. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this place is perfect for anything in Shreveport. It was extremely clean and homey. The host went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable. The remodel left the charm the house was built with and still had all amenities. A perfect 5-Star visit!

Great location and really clean

It was right in the middle of where you want to stay while in Shreveport. Close to several restaurants and nightlife. Clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely recommend to anyone and I’ll be staying again

Convenient location. Parking available in front of unit. Kitchen is poorly equipped; dirty pans, no condiments, Noisy neighbors. Doesn't feel very clean.

Would have been nice if the property owner wouhave said that he was stayin at the property in his ad. But he didn't. So kinda weird to stay at a property with the owner staying under you and when you leave or come back. You see him or his truck, not what i signed up for. If i would have known that, i would've most definitely canceled and stayed elsewhere. Also found bugs in the main bed, crawled across my chest and when i was sleeping. All and all, was not a good stay.
