Tiny Emerald -Cabin on Emerald Isle with Kayaks! Emerald Isle Cabins, Shreveport, La.

Amazing Large feel tiny house with soaring 16' cathedral ceiling! Master bedroom has a Queen bed with new luxurious Nectar mattress & fine linens. Second bedroom is a loft with a new Full sized Hybrid memory foam mattress & a futon could sleep a smaller child. Huge deck with dining table & sectional overlooks the large firepit & lake. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, new stove & microwave, with all the dishes needed to prepare a large meal! Stackable washer/dryer is provided as well.

We live in the area, about 20 miles from Emerald Isle. We are always available for questions, information, or help!

Enjoy the sounds of nature all day long at Emerald Isle! The property features 5 cabins surrounded by water on 3 sides; Emerald Point, Emerald Cottage, Emerald Cove & Tiny Emerald - and The Log Cabin at Emerald Isle. Tiny Emerald special features include: large sliding glass doors with a big Louisiana view, huge deck overlooking the lake, big outdoor fire pit, & all right in the middle of the majestic Cypress trees! Interior features luxury bedding & linens, all new kitchen appliances & floors, granite, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen with island/bar for eating. Living room sectional makes into a bed. UPDATE: there is a smart TV in the living room. We have a 50' fishing pier and a boat stall available with a deep channel to open water if you want to bring your boat. Boat launch is on the property, & a frisbee golf course is just down the road.. Amenities include kayaks, a canoe, paddle board, life jackets & paddles. (All FREE) Bring your own fishing gear! If you are wanting something specific to make your experience perfect, please ask!

Our area of Cross Lake is truly picturesque, with scenic winding roads, towering cypress trees draped in Spanish moss, and a beautiful drive along South Lakeshore Drive leading to Emerald Isle.

For convenience, a Brookshire’s grocery store is nearby, along with Family Dollar, Circle K, and a brand-new Dollar Tree for any essentials you may need.

Looking for adventure? There’s plenty to explore in the Shreveport-Bossier area! Try your luck at the riverboat casinos, get up close with marine life at the Shreveport Aquarium, or enjoy hands-on fun at the Sci-Port Discovery Center. For even more excitement, visit Gators & Friends or cool off at Wonder Oasis Waterpark!

Take a stroll along the Louisiana Boardwalk for shopping, dining, and a movie—all with stunning views of the Red River. And for outdoor enthusiasts, Bass Pro Shops is the perfect stop for all your gear and adventure needs!

A Slice of Heaven

I was very pleased with my stay at this darling “Small House”! Every inch of the interior is cleverly and thoughtfully used, making the most of the cozy space. But it’s really the outside that steals the show—absolutely a little slice of heaven on earth. Peaceful, charming, and perfect for relaxing. With the owners plans to refresh the cabins and grounds, I hope to return this time next year!

Quiet, Cozy Getaway

The host was extremely communicative and offered access to kayaks, a paddle board, and a canoe to check out the local lake, which I would highly recommend. The area is quiet and about 20-25 mins from downtown Shreveport eateries and attractions. There are a few other cabins that are quite close, but the other guests staying there were quiet and courteous. Overall great experience.

Alot smaller from what looks like online cabins were alot closer together than I expected parking when other cabins rented difficult to get in and out overall cleaning was very bad which I addressed to the host ants horrible in kitchen I addressed issues to host really needs a good cleaning good side was nice quiet not for if I would stay at this location again for that kind of money

Rented this property for my son and his wife. They couldn’t say enough great things about thier stay! Now they want a tiny house. Loved the views . Weather was raining and my daughter n law raved about the coziness of the rain hitting the roof . And wants to come again

Cute tiny home

The house was great - absolutely no problems. Just exactly as it was listed and there was great communication with the owner. My only complaint - the road to get to the home was bad with several deep pot holes. I drive a 4wd lifted Jeep and it was even a concern for me getting to and from the home.
