"Don't look at any other accommation, this is the best one in Madison! Suzie is a fantastic hostess and thinks of every little detail. It is centrally located. Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and one of our favorite places, Vintage Lanes. The river walk is close by to view the sunrise, boats and barges, and the sunset. This place will not disappoint you!"

"If you are looking to stay in an older Historic hotel with a great view give this one a try. The rooms are nicely finished and have as many modern amenities as one would expect. Your own private balcony is a real plus with views of the Ohio river and down town Madison. Walking to either is easy from this location as well if you so desire. The lobby is a neat tidy greeting place with it's own coy pond. Pictures of the original hotel in it's several iterations adorn the walls. One dating back to 1870! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the experience."

"I absolutely loved this place! The location on Main Street was so convenient to all that Madison has to offer within walking distance. Parking right at the door was also a big plus. The kitchen was well appointed, including many convenient additions (such as the spice rack and coffee supplies.) If you plan to stay a week (as I did) you'll likely need more than 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper (what is provided) so add that to your grocery list. New washer and dryer (impressive) and great shower. Cute decor...I would definitely stay here again"
