"Luxurious place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms with excellent staff. Good food and well-manned bar. Pleasant out-door sitting area next to swimming pool which was however not heated, so inaccessible in winter. Very good spa services. Special mention is due to some of the staff for their part in making our stay so memorable including Bhagwat, Kishan, Jeetu, Arupam, Anjali, Amit, Ravinder, Rajender Dube and Neetu."

"A lovely lodge right on the Ken river. The staff were amazing and we loved having our meals on the tree-house restaurant. The rowing boat safari offered by the lodge (for an extra fee) was worth every penny."

"Decent property, very friendly and helpful staff, but you need to be aware of a few things: 1 they do not accept Int'l credit card. 2 the property is quite a bit far from the main road and you will have to drive through a dirt road. "

"The room was cleaned upon first entering. There are plenty of lights (a plus) . During dinner hour a musician played the bansuri outside the restaurant. The hotel staff contacted the tour operator to change the pickup location. Bottled water was supplied."

The room was beautiful, perfectly clean and very comfortable. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel completely relaxed and well taken care of. The location is simply stunning, set in a magnificent rehabilitation of the King of Khajuraho’s castle, which adds so much charm and history to the experience. "Our little lodge was fabulous with every creature comfort. Watched peacocks, deer and monkeys from the patio. They cleaned up the room 3 times a day. The staff knocked themselves out at every turn. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Our guide from Pashan Gahr, George, worked so hard to find a tiger and a beautiful tiger ambled right by us! He explained all about the animals and their behavior in that setting. Rocky took good care of us from morning to night."
