My stay was amazing, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Massive room and shower with washer and dryer as bonus. The only downside is communication, though not the hotel’s fault, but I struggled to walk around the area and find something to eat as the locals didn’t speak english at all. ...

Very clean and comfortable room and excellent staff who were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Ventilation on non-smoking floors can be improved as cigarette smells could still be detected, although this was less pronounced inside the room itself.
