Only problem area is check in- we left bags, ca me back at 3, room not ready, told to wait , they forgot us do in end went up to reception again and they had the key ready but not told us. Why is this ( and other members of the group) the only one where we seem to always wait ages at...

"Awesome location for visiting the historical sites such as the Peace Museum, park grounds and A-Bomb Dome. We were a little disappointed that for a triple room, it was very compact and the cleaning could have been improved on. Because the beds were squished in so much, it would have been challenging to vacuum effectively and it showed. The layout of the room was odd as well, with the sink for the bathroom located in the room itself, making it difficult to get to when there was no other space...

"Room was new, modern and comfortable. Check in was very fast and simple. Location was good as it was near the station, but we did have difficulty finding places to eat and get groceries. Probably due to our lack of knowledge of the area and given our Japanese is very poor. The roof top area was a nice surprise and had reasonable city views. The Peace Park was straight down the road the hotel is on, and was super easy to get to."
