The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."
