"フロントの女性。。。綺麗な人だったけれど、笑顔の一つもなく。エレベーターの位置の説明もなく。。。不快な感じだった。 パンプスのサイズが合ってないのか？パコパコとさせながらダラダラと歩いている姿も見られた。 他のフロントの男性は笑顔で声をかけてくれたり「ごゆっくり」など声をかけてくれたりしたけれど、今まで宿泊してきたホテルの中では、最も不快なフロント対応だった。 室内は広めでベッドもゆったりとしていた 枕元近くにコンセントもあり、過ごしやすかった アメニティに関しては、緑茶のティーバックしか置いてなくて残念だった 使い捨てのスリッパは小さめ。大足の私達には履きづらかった。 サイズ変更出来たのだろうか？ "

"The property able to provide shuttle service from Okayama station and from the nearest JR station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."

"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."
