Spread across two levels, this home features a full kitchen, lounge, and dining area on each floor. The top level hosts one bedroom with an ensuite, while the bottom level accommodates two additional bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry. This layout offers an ideal setup for friends or families, providing separate spaces and cooking facilities between the upper and lower levels. There is an external staircase to access both levels.



Nestled in Shute Harbour, this retreat allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of Airlie Beach. Instead, you can unwind in the serene peninsula, surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquil azure blue of the Coral Sea.



That being said, Airlie Beach is just a quick 10-minute drive or taxi ride away, ensuring you're never far from the charming array of restaurants, boutique shops, and the Port of Airlie, your gateway to the tours that explore the surrounding islands and the Great Barrier Reef.
