Absolutely amazing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The building is new and the apartments are well designed. Clean and safe. I opted for underground parking. It was excellent. Near proximity of restaurants, pharmacies, ATM, convenience stores and everything one may need. Will most definitely stay again.

Our stay here was fine. Parking right out front which was convenient. The could have fit two beds in the bedroom instead of us having to sleep on the pull out couch. More pillows or more supportive pillows would have been appreciated. Location was close enough to the old town, about 15-20 minutes walk. It’s a nice town to get lost in and just walk around.

The location is not bad. The parking should be more clear up front, the clients should know what to expect. The apartment is ok. I expected a laundry machine. The front desk is very rigid, not making an effort to explain the surroundings. The sleeping quality is good. The bathroom is good.

Climate control broken

I've stayed at Plaza35 before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was different. The heater in the bathroom could not be turned off (the knob was broken), and remained on for the entire night. Even with the door shut, the bedroom temperature was 84F (29C) throughout the night. The AC unit was broken and an alarm was going off all night, so the window couldn't be left open. I suspect this was a bad-luck situation, but I wish the AC units and heaters were checked by staff, as they are involved in guest comfort!
