  • Welcome to our charming two-bedroom townhouse, perfect for a small families, friends, or couples. Both bedrooms and our cozy living room are air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and relaxing stay. The living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring, while the small yet fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll find our townhouse a comfortable retreat.

    Piper's Pad is located in Casa Mira Coast Baybay Maslog Sibulan Negros Oriental. We are a 20 minute drive from Dumaguete City proper, 15 minute drive to Northpoint and 10 minute drive from the airport.
    Guest can access community pool, basketball court and kids play area.
