"This hotel is stunning and IMMACULATELY clean! The room was really spacious and incredibly stylish. Mehmet is an incredible manager and super helpful. He assisted us with arranging an airport transfer easily and with a takeaway breakfast when we had a long day trip planned and would miss breakfast. There was a storm one night that meant the usual breakfast location was unavailable. Mehmet quickly arranged for breakfast at an alternative restaurant and personally gave us a lift for the short journey as it was raining. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you're looking for luxury and style in the perfect location to explore Side."

"From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t really use the pool as we were on the private beach most days. The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are so welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing. Good selection of drinks. The hotel is very close to the beach, I mean you walk onto the promenade and the beach is in front of you. Beach bar staff, I would say made the holiday. They serve drinks and food to your sun bed. Will definitely be returning next year."

"Lovely hotel in a quiet area of town (if you ignore the large, noisy hotel opposite - though music is restricted between 11pm to 10am). Good breakfast with fresh produce. Decent sized room and very clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice pool area with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. 20 mins walk to historic sites and old town. Sufficient bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Would stay again and would recommend."

"This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Lots of staff and every single one was great at their job, from the bar staff, to reception staff to the fabulous underrated cleaners who kept everything spotless. The food was great and had enough variety each day so it didn’t get boring and the entertainment team were full of energy and kept everyone occupied, Araz was exceptionally good at this! The bonus of the beach shuttle bus which runs every 15 minutes to the Vox private beach was excellent, barely a 4 minute ride but in the heat, carrying your beach gear, it is very welcome. Pleasantly surprised that the all inclusive was extended to the beach area for food and drinks too! Only 2 slight annoyances to mention, first at check in we were subject to an attempt of upselling an upgraded room on the basis that we would get into our room earlier as we arrived before check in. When we made it clear we weren’t interested and had no problem waiting a few hours for our room, it miraculously became available 20 mins later. The other is the number of sun loungers, there is an excellent policy of not reserving before 0900 and things being taken away, just not sure how much it is policed as even by 0900 it was hard to find a lounger. That being said, there are plenty of tables and chairs by the pool bar which you can sit at if you’re not looking to lie down. That being said, do not hesitate to book this hotel for your stay, it’s excellent and brand new we will definitely be back."
