Unbelievable Hotel

I am extremely disappointed with this resort and cannot recommend it, especially to families. On the second day of our stay, my wife and daughter developed serious food poisoning symptoms and had to be taken to the emergency department. Before going to the hospital, I contacted the resort doctor and was told I had to pay €145 for the examination alone, even though the illness appeared to be caused by food consumed at the resort. We received no proper support, concern, or accountability. The hygiene standards were also unacceptable. As shown in the attached photo, the air-conditioning filters were extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or maintained properly. This was not just poor service; it was a serious health and safety issue. The experience caused my family significant stress, fear, and additional medical expenses. I strongly advise guests to think carefully before booking. The resort urgently needs to review its food safety, cleanliness, air-conditioning maintenance, and handling of medical complaints.
