Poor customer service.
We were left to find out own rooms on arrival with wrong directions.
Staff allowed people to que jump at the main reception despite me telling them that I have been queuing for a while.
For the price and the supposed 5 star rating I was expecting 5 star service.
You will find a better hotel in the same area for the same price or cheaper without a doubt.

Food quality was at best 5/10
Room cleanliness 8/10 (they did not change bedsheets throughout the 7 day stay)
