"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in the village of Imlil and its surroundings. "Cute, authentic Berber riad. Imlil is a good 20-30 minute walk down a fairly steep road. Omar and his staff are very kind and helpful. They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. We weren’t sure what to expect, so we did not make any pre-travel plans. Omar was able to arrange for guide for hiking or driving tours on arrival. He also has contacts for outfitters to supply warm clothes and equipment to go to up...

"We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "

"Here's a short review, drawing on real details about the property: --- **★★★★★ A hidden gem in the medina** Riad Andalla Spa was the perfect base for exploring Marrakech. The courtyard and rooftop terrace are stunning, especially with mint tea in hand. Rooms were beautifully decorated, the indoor pool was a welcome escape from the heat, and the spa's hammam treatment was pure bliss after a day at Jemaa el-Fnaa. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Just steps from Bahia Palace and the souks — close enough to dive into the chaos, quiet enough to retreat from it. Would return in a heartbeat."

"I have stayed at this hotel before, so I am comparing this experience with my previous stay. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is good, but unfortunately the basic service this time was very disappointing. From the first day, both bathrooms had no toilet paper, shower gel or shampoo. We were three people using two bathrooms, yet we had to repeatedly call reception just to receive basic necessities. The most frustrating part was having to keep asking for things that should automatically be checked and replenished by housekeeping. It was only on our last night that everything was finally provided properly. I appreciate that hotels can have occasional oversights, but when the same issue continues for several days, it becomes unacceptable. Especially disappointing given that my previous stay was much better. The location remains excellent, but the housekeeping and basic guest service need significant improvement."
