"Room: bed was comfortable but room furniture could use some cleaning. Bathroom: spacious with plenty of hot water Lobby: clean with a small bar, which was nice Staff: no eye contact, no greetings when entering, no welcoming smiles. This type of behavior was surprising since we’ve encountered excellent guest relations at other Hampton Inns."

"The hotel was meh. Just okay. Asked for late checkout. The checkout time was noon. I wanted to checkout at 2pm. I was told the latest I could check out would be 12:30pm and if I wanted to stay until 2pm, I would be charged 50% of the daily room rate. I thought that was ridiculous."

"The room was perfect for a short term family stay. Walking distance to all of the tourist activities in DC. Highly recommend! "

"Rooms are Spartan. No closet, chair or table, no food just a grab n go. This was like a tiny dorm room on top of a coworking space. People come the crowded rooftop bar but that is not my scene. Bathroom was tiny but well organized. Had a small fridge but it blocked the shades from going down alkl the way. Net, if you are under 30, without a companion this is tthe place for you. Two people in a room is a Marx brothers comedy."

"The restaurant was closed and our room wasn’t ready. By the time we checked in , they gave us a king bed when we paid for a double bed. We had four people staying in the room and they were”sold out of. Rooms”. Then she said we would get 50,000 points to redeem for the inconvenience and we have not gotten those points. She said it would take 7 days and it has been 2 weeks and nothing."
