Staff increasingly friendly which is a common theme across Indonesia. Great business style hotel. Included breakfast was very tasty. Traffic jam needs to be kept in mind when departing to the airport which is not too far.

Excellent Hospitality

We stayed for one night before we head back to America. Their hospitality was amazing. Wahyu ant the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful with our needs. Our breakfast was packed and ready at 5am. Our shuttle to the airport was ready and on time. The shuttle driver was very helpful as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were given smoking rooms even though we requested a non-smoking rooms. We were advised that we needed to reserve a non smoking rooms as requests won't necessarily be provided. Problem was, there was no such options from Hotel.com. We ended up had to pay an extra rp. 150,000/room to get two non smoking rooms. Unfortunately the other room stayed as smoking room due to availability. The staff said they will spray some air freshener which unfortunately did not help with the smell. We were very disappointed with this experience. The walls are also thin as you can hear people from the corridor talking very loudly. Our upgraded rooms were spacious and clean. The smoking room was much smaller in size. However towels were a bit worn out.

Goed en plezierig hotel om te boeken aansluitend aan het einde van je vliegreis op Juanda Airport. Accomodatie is naar Indonesische maatstaven netjes. Een verwende westerling zal misschien nog wel wat aan te merken hebben op het één of ander maar dat verschilt van persoon tot persoon. Gewoon een net hotel met een fantastische keuken, dat laatste moet zeker gezegd worden!

Fantastic hotel near airport

Clean and comfortable hotel close Juanda International Airport (10-15 minute drive). Rooms are reasonably sized, there is good breakfast buffet and the pool looks fun. Would definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Surabaya.
