Unser Haus finden Sie in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage in einer Seitenstraße gegenüber des Kurparks in Siegsdorf/Chiemgau. Die Ortsmitte mit Bahn- und Bushaltestellen erreichen Sie in circa 5 Minuten, das Freibad in circa 10 Minuten, zum Traun/Alz-Radwanderweg mit Anschluss an Chiemsee- und Mozartradwanderwege startet man unmittelbar vor unserem Haus.
Geräumige, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in gepflegtem Landhaus mit familiärer Gastlichkeit.
Die Nichtraucherwohnung liegt im Obergeschoss und bietet:
1 separates Schlafzimmer - Anzahl Betten (inkl. Umbauliege) 3, Wecker, bei Bedarf Zustellbett für ein Kind möglich.
Einbauküche extra. Ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd mit Ceranfeld und 4 Kochplatten sowie Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Brotschneidemaschine, Kühlschrank, Radio, Sitzecke.
Bad - Badewanne mit Duschwand, WC, Fön.
Wohnzimmer - Kabel-/Sat-TV, Flachbildschirm, CD und DVD-Player, Sitzgarnitur, Internet- und WLAN-Anschluß.
Großer Balkon mit Gartenmöbel, Wäschespinne und Liege.

Die Bettwäsche wird gestellt, außerdem Wäscheausstattung für Bad und Küche.

Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Lederer ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den umliegenden Regionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
