My family of 3 stayed 4 nights in a Superior Family City View Room. The staff were very polite and helpful. We got good Ala carte breakfasts for 2 days and plentiful free buffet breakfasts for 2 other days. The room was clean and huge with 2 bathrooms.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in south East Asia. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone young old solo or with family whether for business or vacation trip. It's an all * performer on all fronts hospitality decor room layout gym swimming pool interior property house keeping and anything that makes a guest feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

The massages were amazing. We started with 1.5hours a day and were doing 2 and 4 hour ones by the end. The food was excellent! Our kids loved the burgers, spring rolls, mocktails and garlic bread and I thought the pad thai was excellent. The pool was very clean and service was wonderfully attentive. The hotel is stunning.

Prachtvoll ausgestattetes Hotel was aber in die Jahre gekommen ist und Renovierungsbedarf hat. Wegen Covid19 waren an manchen Tagen von 390 Zimmern nur 2 belegt gewesen. Und das waren wir. Wenn wieder Normalität einkehren sollte, ist das Hotel bestimmt eine Reise wert

DUE TO PANDEMIC JUST OPEN, LACK OF STAFFS THE PLACE IS CREEPY AND LACK OF SUPPLIES. DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH STAFFS. NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS. MOST OF THE TOWELS AND BATHROOM SUPPLES NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS.

We were collected at the airport by very helpful hotel check in staff, the hotel reception is very grand and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The room was immaculate with crisp white sheets and a huge roll top bath. The room had very efficient air conditioning and bottled water provided daily. The hotel is full of beautiful traditional classic Cambodian furniture and statues. The hotel provides an evening shuttle to town daily and will also book drivers to take you on temple tours.

We stayed for 11 nights. My teenage boys, my wife and I Communication before we arrived was excellent and arranging transfers was easy and on time. This hotel is rated 4 star, but the service we received was as good as the service anywhere I have stayed at 5 star.. including comparing to France, England, Germany, Japan, Australia/NZ. Would definitely recommend this to other couples and families. The hotel is a little way out from the city centre.. but a ride by tuktuk was only $5 US each way and was available any time we wanted. A really enjoyable stay.
