Allez y sans hesiter !! Le personnel est parfait, attentionné et serviable . J’aurais passé 1 mois . Si vous voulez avoir du service veuillez interagir avec le personnel, ils aiment ça ! Ils encourage un travailleur qui n’entends pas et qui ne parle pas . 5 étoiles !!! Massages pas cher mais les filles étaient moins à l’aise de masser la car les tables étaient trop haute ! Excellent déjeuner, ils font même des omelettes

В отеле были 2 раз. По сравнению с 1 посещением завтраки стали на порядок лучше. И как была политика наибольшего комфорта для гостей так всё и осталось. Отель расположен очень удобно. До любого значимого места можно дойти пешком. Появилось очень много макашниц.они в 5 минут ходьбы. Очень тихо и спокойно. Спасибо отелю .

到着するなり「エアコン壊れてて…」と言われましたが グループの別ホテルを手配してくれ さらにそのホテルは別格のリゾートホテルでした （ちょっと交通不便だったけど） 事実上泊ってないのでなんとも言えませんが スタッフのホスピタリティは最高でした …でも外からのぞいたらよさそうな感じ 　次また泊まってみますwww

パブストリートからも近く、なにかと便利。

アンコールワット観光で使用しました。夜の街、パブストリートへも歩きで十分の距離です。交通量の多い道路に面してますが、騒音は気にならなかったです。 レンタル自転車があるようですが、出払ってて借りれませんでした。川の反対側に貸自転車をやっている店があります。 部屋は割と近代的な感じで非常に清潔感がありました。安めの部屋でしたが広さも十分でした。

Excellent stay in G&Z Urban Hotel: Siem Reap

The staff and facilities at G&Z are really very good indeed. My stay was pleasant, comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. I’m not being patronising (I hope) but his disability was not obvious but some guests should realise that he used hand signals very effectively and raising your voice in English or Spanish is not going to make a difference! Much respect to G&Z for employing a good man. The food and drink was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this hotel.

hotel by the river

This is a nice hotel, but I’m not sure if my room is finished! The bathroom is half tiled and half finished with PVA washed plaster. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be basic Bauhaus or they wanted to open before completion. There is a flat screen TV in my room which cannot be tuned in so I see no reason why it should be there. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice hotel, excellent staff, clean, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast is good and excellent facilities overall, but please, just apply that final 10% and it would be excellent!

We loved staying here! The staff are so friendly and really do make you feel at home. The rooms are modern, clean and large. The breakfasts are great and the pool area is nice and relaxing. G&Z Urban is close to sites around town and a 5 minute walk to Pub Street. Highly recommend.

がんばっていますが、あと一歩のホテル

シェムリアップで5泊中2泊しました。 スタッフは親切で対応もよく、一生懸命働いています。清潔感もあり快適なホテルです。 改善すべき点もあります。スタッフが暇な時、ロビーのソファーやバーのカウンター席でスマホをいじって時間をつぶしています。プールの水は濁っていて、泳いでいる人を見ませんでした。2019年3月時点でレンタル自転車無料とありますが、情報が間違っていて有料でした。 もう少し安いホテルの後に泊まったのですが、安い方のホテルの方がよかったです。

호텔닷컴에서 리버뷰로 3박예약 후 막상 도착하니 첫날 전기문제로 시내에서 조금 먼 호텔로 1박 시키고, 다음날 돌아오니 리버뷰 없다고 지들 멋대로 안내하고 건물안쪽뷰로 바꿈. 숙박료차이 보상해주랬더니 안된다고만 함. 왠지 장사속같아 기분 드러움. 참고로 샤워기에 자바라 샤워헤드없어 정말 불편했음.

We had a Great time visiting Angkor Wat!! The hotel was in walking distance to Pub Street!!! It had a nice pool after a hot day of sight seeing!!!
