The overall design was exquisite. The room comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only letdown was the buffet breakfast, of which I am not a fan. I would, and have, recommended the hotel to friends wanting to stay in Siem Reap. I had hoped that I could find similar for my next stay…..in Kuching, Sarawak. I couldn’t.

A completely refreshing and relaxing stay in the middle of a hectic city. Great staff and service, reasonable breakfast buffet, perfectly clean and a small but nice rooftop pool.

Great location
Room was great. Beds were amazing. Only issue was housekeeping had just started cleaning our room at 3:30pm when we got back from an all day outing. Overall a good experience though.

Great central hotel, some issues upon departure
Excellent modern hotel, clean room with a comfortable mattress (not super-hard), excellent A/C, great wifi, wonderful walk-in shower with hot water. Location is very central, walking distance to most places, a tuk-tuk is just $1 USD to almost everywhere (don't take a tuk-tuk outside the hotel, as they OVERCHARGE tourists. Walk to the main street, and get a tuk-tuk there). Moringa restaurant nearby is highly recommended for healthy vegetarian/vegan options, Vanakkam India offers good affordable food, La Pasta has authentic Italian food (also some vegetarian/vegan) and Gelato Lab has great ice cream. Overall excellent stay with extremely nice and helpful staff, which is why I was very surprised when upon checking-out, when I asked them to call me a taxi to the airport (didn't want to use the hotel shuttle which charges 50% more), I was told they didn't know any taxis(??), that it's a problem getting a taxi in Siem Reap(??) and that I could just wait 30 min. for the hotel shuttle. I googled names of taxi companies and asked the receptionist to call, but she said they were not answering, etc, at which point I realized no good would come out of this, and I had a flight to catch!! Found a tuk-tuk on the street (5 USD) and got to the airport all hot and sweaty. Very disappointed. There are many taxis at the airport, take your driver's details upon arrival and book a return directly with him, as the hotel will not help you out unless you use you use their shuttle.

this hotel may not be 5 stars but the staff are better than 5 stars. they are all friendly and very accommodating. the rooms are not that big but clean & enough for a few days stay. buffet breakfast may not have that much choices but it is good. the location is also excellent, very close to the night market and pub street. i highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with perfect location. The hotel is very new and in great shape. The staff are amazing. Some of the nicest people we have ever met. Really happy with our stay there. Highly recommend a stay here.

This impressively better that I expected. The hotel staff are always smiley and attentive to help hotel guests. The hotel is very clean and neat. The Khmer desserts by the hotel is delicious. Except for one point where there is a lizard that appeared in my room.

Nice new hotel with good facilities. A few small items and one large. The small items: 1. It was approx. 36 deg c each pf the days. Only one umbrella was at the poolside, which unfortunately gets the afternoon sun. SOo could not really use this facility. No phone list of services in room. This could be because the hotel is fairly new, but almost a year later it needs to be attended to. No pen and note pad. I did not carry notepaper and had to struggle to make notes of things. Some of us still need paper. There are almost no drawer space for storing clothing (I was booked for 6 nights). There is a cupboard for hanging some clothes but a very tiny draw which could hold very little. The desk also had a drawer. The LARGE item: The hotel has an atrium with 24 rooms facing the atrium. What could have been overlooked in the design. was the clientele the hotel would market too. There weer too many guests who spoke very loudly to the guest just next to them in the foyer and throughout the hotel. Children were screaming in the foyer and their behaviour was worst in the breakfast area. Anyway, the loud noise from the foyer travels all the way up to the 4th floor atrium rooms. One night I called reception (had to guest what the number was) to point out to them that the people were very loud and it was competing with the volume I had on the tv in the room. The receptionist did not approach the loud people - I was observing from the atrium window. SO DOUBLE GLAZING URGENTLY REQUIRED!!!

It's a brand new property (or at least feels brand new), well maintained. Not a single weakness on the property itself. Very good location close to Pub Street (but not close enough that noise is an issue) and across from the riverside market. Staff very attentive, followed up on some luggage issues I had with an airline, and went out of their way to ensure a good stay. The rooftop pool is an underrated amenity.

Clean, new, modern- GREAT LOCATION!
The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it is not a luxurious hotel . However, it is new, modern, clean, and has a wonderful location. If you're looking for an authentic Cambodian experience with local charm, this isn't the place. But if you want western conveniences in a clean and comfortable property, look no further, You'll be very happy here.

1)Using double glass windows will help to cut down noise from street below. 2)As SOP hotel should ask how guest will pay (cash or credit card). As assurance Credit Card can be zapped in case of non-paying Guest. Although no Credit Card was asked upon check-in, Hotel "billed cost to Expedia" without knowledge& expressed consent of Guest

The stay in the hotel was awesome, the rooms were Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Moreover the location was the best as it was located near the night market and pub street. There was a restaurant by the name of Streats in the hotel and the food serviced there was great and cheap. Highly Recommend this hotel.

Very well situated. Restaurants and bars are right next to it but didn’t hear any noise because my room was an interior one. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was fine. Good mango juice. Good size pool on the 3rd floor.
