The good: The staff were great, polite, helpful and very good English. Pool is amazing. Room interiors are very nice. The not so good: some of the rooms have a view of a wall so make sure to ask for a good view. My first room the a/c was broken so I had to move. The gym equipment is old and practically useless.

The hotel is in very good shape. The double bedroom was very nice and in very good condition. The shower has a wall so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet which is very convenient. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Wonderful staff and location

We had a great time staying here for a quick trip to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temple complexes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was very spacious and clean.

Wonderful place!

The staff (especially Niroth, Thievy and Thiery are especially friendly and helpful. They are so kind and attentive. I have stayed here before: this is such a great place and the pool is so beautiful especially in the evening.
