Our room was large, well furnished, and well maintained. The hotel claimed to have a restaurant and bar open until late night, but in fact had only the pool-side bar open which was hot and uncomfortable. We asked the staff for a suggestion of a restaurant and what they sent us to was not at all like what we requested. Then we requested ice and when they brought it to the room charged us $2.

Super good stay, everything aspects of the hotel from airport transfer, check-in registration, the room, the housekeeping, restaurant and particularly the professionalism demonstrated by the whole team of staff are good. It's a beautiful hotel, and the staff are incredible. They work very hard to make sure you have a good time, treat you well, and are very professional. If you are planning on going to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat and relax, this is a great place to stay.

The hotel is nice and the staff is fantastic. Manly the guests are Chinese people, so breakfast is Asian style: no ham, no bacon, no cheese, no cake. The SPA is fantastic, same as the quality of the food served during the dinner.

Juicy hotel
The staff at the Pacific hotel where delightful, very attentive and helpful nothing was too much trouble throughly recommend this hotel if I go to this area if Cambodia again I would definitely stay here again 😉😆

Great hotel
Great hotel, friendly staff free arrival drink and scarf. Staff always friendly and talkative. Had treatments at the spa which were all amazing, staff there very helpful and friendly. Large out door pool, pool bar and Band plays every night. Great breakfast. Loved and really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing hotel close to the airport
I stayed for one night and because of that was happy to stay close to the airport. Hotel was very comfortable and I was upgraded upon arrival. The staff were great and very helpful and polite. Food was superb, as was the breakfast buffet and there was a large selection of all types of food in the morning.

Great service from hotel manager Soy Dalis. Very sincere and had our comfort in mind throughout our stay.

Good Location. 3 km from Pub Street and airport.
Overall good experience. They say Free Airport Shuttle but they do not run a scheduled airport shuttle bus. U have to call them in advance and make sure they have ur flight details in order to be picked up. Else just take a tuk tuk ($6) and ask them to compensate or have them give u a free ride to Seam Reap downtown. Bathroom shower was leaking every time I took shower the water use to flood the bathroom floor. Requested twice but was not fixed. However overall experience was good and staff was excellent. Cheers

One of many nice large 5 star hotels near Siem
Lovely reception lobby, nice rooms esp the Colonial rooms. Further out from central Siem Reap than most hotels, but only a short tuk tuk ride from town Staff couldn't be more helpful Restaurant food is only average. Pool area is nice, although there is building work going on behind the hotel, which can be noisy.

Best hotel in Siem Reap
The hotel is located slightly further out on the airport road but this makes for a better stay - tuk tuk to Pub St between $3-4 one way. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming, all staff always say hello with a smile and nothing is ever a chore. We stayed 10 days and each day was a pleasure.....check it out and stay here !!!

Customer Service is great. Friendly, accomodating and very helpful staff. Breakfast with lots of selection. Easy travel via tuk tuk or car service from hotel to downtown and vice versa. Free pick up and drop off at the airport makes it convenient for the traveller. The pool area is also nice All the hotel staff are basically excellent. From the Managers to the doorman The spa is phenominal. Special shout out to the excellent manager of the Spa Chon Reaksmey who was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Value for the price
The hotel was showing its age even though it's not that old. The beds were not that great. The staff were good though for there most part. Some were exceptional and some who didn't speak English that well were a bit more reserved. The food at lunch was not good at the pool. The rooms were quite large though and they did give us an upgrade. Overall for the money it's a decent value.

AMAZING experience
Not enough good things to say about this resort and the service we received here. The rooms are beautiful and so high end. The service here was impeccable. Thank you all for a lovely stay. We wish we would have known we would love so much and we would have stayed longer. Also so nice that they pick you up from the airport. I would highly recommend their drivers to take you through angkor wat. We loved it here!

Fabulous experience and staff at the hotel
The hotel is situated only 10 minutes from Siem reap airport. All the staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us! They were extremely welcoming and accommodating at all times during our stay. The hotel had its own unique character and we felt very relaxed. We would highly recommend this hotel as all the staff are super friendly and made our holiday wonderful!

Staff was very nice. Hotel is huge. I didn't like that it took forever for us to reach our room (so far from the elevator). Also, if your key doesn't work, which ours for some reason stopped working and it was 2am... we had to go all the way back down to the lobby to try to fix it. They told us that it "wouldn't program" and they did not know why. We only stayed one night thank god, I don't know how I would have felt if I had to have someone come with me personally every time to unlock my door..

Quiet hotel not very close to the city center
Although I did have a good experience at this hotel, I felt it was too far from the city center. I love walking around and exploring but around this hotel, there's really nothing to do. The walk is one hour plus into the city on foot or you can order a car to take you. It's pretty cheap, only $5. Still, I would have preferred to be in the city. On the positive side, this hotel is very close to the airport. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve you. I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but decided to give dinner a try and was very satisfied. Try the chicken curry, it is one of the best tasting curries I have ever tried.

Gorgeous hotel with great staff
Our stay was fantastic! Its a beautiful hotel with great,helpful staff. We had an upgrade to the colonial room which was lovely as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary- the staff treated us to discounted treatments in the wonderful Spa and really made an effort to make out stay special. The breakfast was brilliant every day with lots of south Asian food as well as more western breakfast items. We had 2 evening meals, the first was great but the second evening the menu was too similar and regular menu options not great. The room service food however was brilliant and well priced. Angkor itself is a good 25 minutes tuk tuk ride away and the traffic was terrible as the local water festival was on, but we avoided this after the first day by returning before rush hour each day and chilling in the hotel after busy time exploring the amazing temples. Highly recommended.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. They made the experience all the better and tried to assist with any requests. I had my room upgraded and given spa vouchers on arrival. I have no faults with the room, it was beautiful or the facilities! Yon and soy at the front desk were very helpful and made my time in Cambodia that extra special! Breakfast was brilliant! So many choices and the food tasty!

For those who book online PLS READ: WARNING!!!
They didn't pick me up at the airport. The deal in the expedia booking says free shuttle, but they didn't came so i took a taxi which is 7USD. When I reach the hotel, they gaveme a juice(seems like a powdered juice) and a wet towel. However, they had a problem finding my reservation! I showed them my booking reference and the email I got from Expedia. So they took my card, photocopied it and then let me check in. The hotel was generally good. So when I checked out they next day, they had a free shuttle to my next destination. (We had a youth forum in siem reap). On our way someone called the hotel driver and said i have to go back. I WAS NERVOUS BECAUSE THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM. I was in a hurry because my other friends who were staying in another hotel will go to the Angkor Wat Temples, I'm late! So when we went back to the hotel, THEY CAN'T FIND MY RESERVATION, and ask me to stay until they find it. And they said they really can't find it. (IMAGINE A SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLER, FOREIGNER AND FIRST TIME TRAVEL OUTSIDE MY COUNTRY WOULD BE HELD LIKE THAT. IT WAS TERRIFYING!) They say because I booked on a Saturday, it's a holiday and so as Sunday.(I booked on Aug. 20,2016 around 6am and arrived there around 12 midnight and have to check out on August 21,2016) That maybe the reason why they can't find it. And then they ask me to wait again for another few minutes, and finally they found it. My advice is book on working days and 2 days before checking in.

Nice hotel in siem reap wonderful staff
Very nice hotel. Wonderful staff that made us feel so welcome and respected. We used the spa three times and it was excellent. We had the colonial room. Furniture and facilities were lovely. Breakfast menu had new items every day which is a change from hotels that keep the same everyday. We use morey as our tuktuk drive every day and he would pick us up at the designated spot in town at the end of the evening. Lovely country, people and hotel.

This hotel was so beautiful and the staff was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast the pool all were so exceptional! Staff was very accommodating and kind. The airport is close. The happy hour was nice and the pool was beautiful as well. The staff helped plan our tours and the airport transportation was very nice to have quick pickup and dropoff. Loved this place!
