Great Family Feel to this Hotel

A perfect place to stop when in Siem Reap. Completely different from the large, corporate, sterile hotels elsewhere in the town, this hotel and the staff make for feel welcome, and part of their family, from the moment you walk in the door. Food, service and staff are all excellent, friendly and they cannot do enough for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the wifi service is good enough for catching up on things (if you need to). There is easy access to other parts of the town and tourist attractions. We stayed for three nights before continuing our journey down the Mekong river and this was the perfect start to our holiday. We’d thoroughly recommend the hotel and would go back if we ever visit Siem Reap again.

Cambodia is a great destination.

There was nothing bad about this experience. Just a few tweaks needed: Electric light switches were a little tricky. Laundry service was a bit pricey for Cambodia and 2-for-2 we got someone elses clothing returned to us. Mr Sivuth, the hotels tuk-tuk driver assigned to us was exceptionally competent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms were very vintage and the shower cubical was not fully furnished, the place is very comforting and cozy. The TV often gets bad signal.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were polite and eager to help especially Sey in the bar /restaurant. During the day Darra couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was a good size and a large very comfortable bed , and was cleaned daily. The hotel was a about a 8 minute drive by tuk tuk to the main temple area's. The staff where friendly and helpful during the whole of my stay.

The hotel has a good location to Angkor wat. The hotel can arrange transportation by rickshaw. They are old style when it comes to key locks. The problem with the hotel is that in order to use electricity, you need to insert the key card into a slot near a door.

The staff was the friendliest staff I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. They always greeted me whenever I entered or exited the property. Bella at the front desk went above and beyond and made my stay in Cambodia memorable. I've worked in customer service in the past and I know excellent service when I see it. The staff at Silk D'Angkor provides nothing but the best service imaginable. Thank you so much for welcoming me into Siem Reap! I will only stay at this hotel whenever I come back to Cambodia.

Absolutely WONDERFUL hotel in the amazing Siem Reap. An incredible staff who made our stay amazing. The main reception ladies- Bella and Maria were constantly telling us tips about the area and helped us. Our hotel-hired tuk tuk driver, Heng, was amazing. Definitely a top notch place if visiting Siem Reap.

The staff at reception and at the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their warmth and their smiles were always very welcoming. They are the biggest asset of this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The lunch and dinner restaurant very good. Pool is great in the afternoon heat. Wait to book June or July vacation. The room was offered half price of what I booked in February. Cheaper to book Angkor Wat tour with hotel. But guide Jack will skip some temples or convince you there is nothing to see. Two day tour could have been done in one day. Do your homework if you are coming for Angkor circuits.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel with nice room and in a convenient location. The stuff was also nice. The only negative comment is about the bathroom that was a bit old/ in bad condition
