Definitely stay here! Look no further!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and this was his favorite hotel out of the 5 places we stayed during our trip. He said he would build a house in the style of the hotel if he could build a house LOL. The restaurant at this hotel was the best one we had during our whole stay. Amazing options for vegetarians too (me!). Definitely pay extra for breakfast. I think it was $6 per person if you pay at the hotel. Room was spotless. There was a huge bathtub in our room, as well as a huge shower (separate!). One day we wanted to use the spa, but it was already booked so they had the massage ladies come to our room for our foot massage instead! So that was nice. Also the tuktuk is free to town (but you get your own ride back). Short ride though, like 6 mins / $1-$2. We didn't swim but the pools looked spotless and very inviting. Anyway, we had a great time here and honestly I'd come back to Cambodia just to stay at this hotel.

Perfect location, friendliest, most helpful staff

Wow! This is what we kept saying every time we walked into the Khmer House Resort. So beautiful. So peaceful. But it's the outstanding service and endless smiles and friendly gestures from the staff that remain inside our memories. We stayed 7 nights, early Dec, 2024; the third stop of our honeymoon. We are healthy, in our adventurous 60s. Following Bangkok and Tonsai Beach, Cambodia is different. Very different. 1.2 mil people, and few stop signs. It works. Khmer House was in the absolute perfect location. Far enough distance from the main street and Pub Street, and its walls and hedges kept traffic noise non-existent. Transportation from the resort was an easy task, many thanks to the staff. We cycled a few times, bikes and guide waiting on us several mornings. Don't skip the breakfasts at the resort! Good selection of healthy meals, whether a high protein bowl, or eggs and avocado on toast. Their chef is excellent! Service A+. We had our evening meals here more often than what we had expected. Reasons are because of the food, especially their curry, priced similar, or even lower, than in Seim Reap. So good! And sitting outside near the pool was very romantic. Wonderful choices of drinks. We walked into town most mornings. Take a right and the sights, sounds and smells of Cambodia come alive, and soon you're in the heart of Siem Reap. Organized chaos. Walking is a breeze, but cycling is not for the feint of heart. But never felt dangerous. Thank you Khmer House!

The day staff members were not pleasant. Also, they are not very accommodating. My dad was cold at night and we asked for an extra blanket, they said it cost us $5 extra each day. Most hotels would be obliging but not this one. It's just a piece of clothing - they told me it would cost a lot to wash it.

L'hôtel est magnifique. Les deux piscines, une très grande pour les nageurs, c'est tout à fait parfait. Elle doit faire plus de 25 mètres de long. La deuxième, tout aussi bien, plus cosy. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues. L'équipement est parfait. L'accueil est vraiment excellent. Le petit déjeuner japonais n'est plus à la carte et le petit déjeuner est comme souvent dans les hotels au Cambodge correct mais pas extraordinaire. Un petit bémol au bruit de la rue où il y a un bar en face qui, parfois, met la musique un peu forte et dérangeante Et je dirais que le point qui a été le plus important, c'est l'air conditionné qui était dans ma chambre, un peu bruyant. Maintenant, je n'ai fait aucune remarque ni demandé à corriger ce problème. Donc, je dirais que c'est simplement une question de réglage pour moi. Mais voilà, c'est vraiment la seule raison pour laquelle je ne donne pas 5 étoiles.

수영장이 있어서 좋았고 아침식사가 뷔페식이 아닌 음식 주문하는 방식으로 선택하는것도 좋았습니다. 직원분들 친절하고 영어 소통능력도 아주 좋았으며, 시설이 전체적으로 깨끗하게 관리하여 좋았습니다. 특별히 툭툭이를 무료로 시내까지 갈수 있어서 좋았습니다.

パブストリートのある中心街からトゥクトゥクで約5分。まだ開発されていない地域にありますが、中心街まで無料のトゥクトゥクがありそれほど不自由は感じません。アンコールワットのトゥクトゥクツアーなども簡単に手配してもらえますし、のんびりと過ごすにはとても良い宿と思います。 スタッフのみなさんは、とても親切で良い笑顔で対応してもらえます。ゲストのほとんどは西洋からのお客さんのようで、マナーも良く客層も良く見えました。

Die Hotelanlage sowie die Zimmer entsprechen den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, geschackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Anlage ist wunderschön grün und die Pools groß. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet asiatische wie westliche Küche - sehr gute Qualität zu günstigen Preisen. Da das Hotel etwas außerhalb des touristischen Zentrums von Siem Reap liegt, ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Zentrum kann allerdings in 25 min zu Fuß/10 min im TukTuk/Auto erreicht werden.

Incredible stay for Anniversary

I give our stay at the Khmer house 10/10. Because of covid 19. There wasn’t many at hotel. So we were upgraded to a better room with pool view. The manager and staff were incredible in being there for every need we had. The 2 pools were very nice to use. The food at the restaurant was delicious authentic Japanese. The Happy hour for cocktails was also nice with dinner! We would definitely stay here again and tell all our friends to stay here.
