My 46 sq m apartment is located in a very quiet building. Two elevators will take you comfortably to the 3rd floor. From the balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

The beach, with its new promenade, is only about 60 meters away and can be reached without having to cross a street.

The apartment features: a living room with a dining area, a sofa that quickly converts into a third bed, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, books, and games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc., and all necessary kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. You will also find a small selection of spices and coffee filters. There is a serving hatch to the living room, a modern shower room with a towel warmer and hairdryer, a bedroom with a double bed, a balcony with direct sea views, a table and chairs, and a parking space in the garage. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. Wi-Fi is included.
