"Everything was good, except smelly hot tub next to the swimming pool. The pool was to be closed 3 days later for a month of maintenance. Buffet breakfast excellent. Restaurant meal was good in the evening. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds. Coffee pod machines did not work, but they were happy to give us a kettle."

"Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses."
