Amazing hotel in the nature!

Amazing hotel in the nature!! Spent amazing night in Poland, huge swimming pool, lots of saunas and a jacuzzi. Restaurant had an amazing food for dinner, choices were not usual and were delicious. Breakfast was big and versatile. So close to the nature woods all around and close to highway!! Will come back with the family again..

Vi bestilte et dobbeltrom men fikk et tvinrom. De påsto da at alle rom var tvinrom, noe som ikke fremgår ved bestilling. Badrommet var iskaldt noe som gjorde at alt av badetøy og håndklær ikke tørket i løpet av natten, At det finnes et spa er en stor løgn. Det eneste som fantes var et slitt basseng, en jacuzzi + en badstue som var maks 30 grader varm samt at det var ingen tilbud om behandlinger. At de visstnok har opplyst om manglende tilbud på "spaet" på sine polske nettsider hjelper lite når man bestiller hotellet gjennom Expedia. Det brukes også villedende bilder om utseende rundt om hotellet. På bilder ligger hotellet ved en liten innsjø, Denne "innsjøen" hadde ikke en dråpe vann og var igjengrodd med ugress. Alt i alt en stor skuffelse når man har booket et hotell med spa for å kose seg i fine omgivelser. Hotellet svarte heller ikke på henvendelser gjennom Expedias meldingssystem.

Hotel nie jest w tak dobrej kondycji jak może się to wydawać patrząc na zdjęcia. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadanie bardzo skromne, nieestetycznie podane. Podczas śniadań, w restauracji panuje półmrok - ciekawe dlaczego...? Ogolnie zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Bardzo gustowne, czyste miejsce. Piękne otoczenie - zwłaszcza zimą otaczający las i jezioro prezentują się bajecznie. Spokój i cisza. Relaks na basenie i w saunie. Bardzo smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie.

Hotel orienté nature

Hôtel superbe dans un environnement naturel, au milieu des bois mais très prêt de l'aéroport de Katowice : un charme reposant, naturel, un étang au pied de l’hôtel. Et surtout à ne pas manquer : le restaurant avec des plats traditionnels polonais revisités de manière contemporaine. Un restaurant qui n'a pas échappé au guide Gault & Millau.

Very Good Standard Hotel

Great in all areas. Due to flight delays, I didn't arrive until 15 after the restaurant had closed, and hadn't eaten since breakfast, but they accommodated me by providing soup and bread.

Superb hotel, not too far from the airport

One night stop and I didn't fancy an airport hotel. This place turned out to be a very good choice: It's 10 - 15 minutes drive from the airport and right in a birch forest with a lake in front of the hotel. Room was huge and well appointed. The food was excellent and very good value and the staff were professional and helpful. All in all, I'd highly recommend.
