"We stayed in this apt in August 2008. It is in an idyllic setting in the quiet hills of Nice with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped . Added bonuses are a good sized swimming pool and park for children. It is a thoroughly excellent base from which to explore the magnificent Cote D'azur. The owners are very easy to deal with and accommodating .And I would have no hesitation in recommending it!! "This was a great place to stay for my week long trip to Nice. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5-10 minute walk from the waterfront, so the location was perfect for both exploring Nice and doing day trips nearby. So many nearby shops, restaurants, and things to do, all walkable. The apartment had everything you could need - full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom. The balcony was lovely and the area nearby was safe and pretty quiet at night. The host was very friendly...
