Very pretty and unique architecture. It was also extremely clean. We would have appreciated a note in the room mentioning the price of the two small bottles of water in the room as they were 24 lei.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are really dated and beds are not comfortable. The steam room isn’t hot and the towels in the rooms barely fit around an adult. The staff were friendly and helpful on the positive side

The hotel’s location was excellent, and both the service and hospitality were very good. We were traveling with children, and they welcomed us very warmly. As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are somewhat old-fashioned, but they are well maintained. In fact, they matched the atmosphere of the town and felt like something out of a fairy tale. The parking was easy, and it was convenient to walk to the city center. There was no complimentary bottled water, so if you prefer to avoid using the minibar water, I recommend buying it at a nearby Profi supermarket (about a 5-minute walk away). Considering the balance between price and service, this was a very cost-effective hotel.

Amazing hotel rooms and common areas, a true museum ! Breakfast was excellent, service was excellent. I have not visited the spa so I cannot speak towards it. There are 2 things that really bothered me. I booked and paid 2 nights in the suite which had a king bed and a sofa bed . At booking time I marked 2 adults and a child 6 years old. When I checked in I asked to prepare the sofa bed and the manager promptly asked for extra 12 Euro ! I said that is why I booked the suite and she said that she has sent an email “ Hello, Do you need extra bed for child?” The email was sent in the afternoon and I was driving for about 3 hours . I checked the email only when she told me about it . Anyway, I have never been asked about extra pay for the bedding, neither have I seen the requirement while booking . Nevertheless it was very annoying and spoiled my vacation mood . The second aspect that warrants improvement for such a visually appealing hotel is the procurement of higher-quality mattresses. Additionally, it would be beneficial to consider replacing the two adjacent mattresses with a single king-sized mattress.

Extortionately charging for 0,3 litre of water will not make you rich providing it free will not make you poor as well, but some way weary customers who have been subjected to the receptionists wrath may look kinder on your establishment. . Smiling is an asset your customers are not your enemies.
