"Loved how central this hotel is. Front desk staff is very kind & efficient. The furniture in the room is very dated with paint missing on the chairs, folded up paper under the armoire leg, chips in the desk Otherwise, the rooftop is nice and the payment was fair. "

"We had a great time in Florence and loved the hotel and its facilities. It was clean, modern and very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great and a short walk from the station and the city centre. A roof top pool was a fantastic bonus apart from being very crowded at times. "

"Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."
