Comfortable Cozy Cottage

This was a very comfortable and really clean rental! We enjoyed the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home!! The bed was very comfortable!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Quiet & Relaxing

We really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing cottage! Dustin and his family were very polite and easy to work with. If we ever make it back to Chattanooga, we will check availability of the cottage!

Great small mountain top town.

Great historic neighborhood, with a beautiful amount of one hundred year old homes. Signal Mountain is a beautiful small mountain top town. People that live there and our host were very friendly. Old tyme cottage was very clean and secluded behind the main house. Love the location.

Repeat visitor

This was our second time to stay at OTC and we won’t hesitate to stay there in the future. We have family in the area. It is nice to be able to easily fix breakfast and coffee in the morning before heading out for the day.

Signal Mountain Hideaway

Great cottage in Signal Mountain. Comfortable large bed. Quiet neighborhood with trees. Sofa and sitting area. Good shower. Had clothes rack and siutcase rack so easy unpack. Easy check in & out. Great communication. Great place to stay

Nice place, but a little over priced,

We were not expecting this retreat to be what looks like a converted garage. Overall it was fine, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is rather small. As a woman I am not high maintenance, so even for the little I do the bathroom is not very functional. A ceiling fan would really help move the air in addition to the wall unit. Lastly, if charging a cleaning fee then the guest should not be asked to take out the trash and hang towels. All cleaning should be left to the cleaning crew.

Lovely Property/Exceptional Host

Very nice property in a historic neighborhood. This residence suited our needs very well coming into Signal Mountain for a family wedding in town.. Dustin was an exceptional host even after a snowstorm. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Reunion weekend

Came to town for my 50th reunion. The cottage was perfect. It was so peaceful! Dustin was awesome and easy to work with. Most of my functions were downtown and I found the cottage to be convenient to get to downtown. I would definitely stay again!

Cozy cottage stay

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We came in town to see some family who lived on signal Mountain. It was centrally located and well kept. Didn’t even gave us recommendations of things to do and places to go. Pruett’s is absolutely amazing along with Mountain fly coffee. They became, integrated into our routines while we were there. You should definitely check it out.

Signal Mountain

We had the best hiking adventures just minutes away from the cottage. It’s in a quiet secluded historic neighborhood within walking distance of the best hiking on the mountain! We ate at Real Roots Cafe in North Shore- best Plant based kitchen we have ever had. Pretty close to the cottage too. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the rainbow lake trail area just minutes away from this exceptionally clean and quiet cottage.

Perfect cottage for a couple

Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, quiet, wonderful bed, and all the necessary kitchen features. Dustin is a very helpful and accomodating host. Be sure to visit Signal Point at sunset - it's just down the road. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Fantastic Mountain Getaway! Clean Stay and Friendly Hosts!

My 14 year old son and I took a short trip before school started. The property was very nice and clean. We arrived to chocolates waiting for us on the bed. If you want a nice place to stay in the Chattanooga or Signal Mountain area, this is it. My son and I highly recommend it and will be staying again in the future!

Fabulous cottage and fantastic hosts!

We enjoyed our stay at Old Towne Cottage very much. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated without clutter and the host was friendly and communicative without being intrusive. Would highly recommend!
