Accueil et services déficients mais bel appartement!

Nous avions loué pour une période de 4 jours. D'abord, l'accueil a été déficient: la dame en charge est arrivée 40 minutes en retard (après l'heure du rendez-vous pré-établi). Elle ne nous a rien expliqué en décriant les équipements. Elle est partie sans même avoir branché le réfrigérateur et sans même vérifié si la connexion internet fonctionnait. L'abonnement à internet n'ayant pas été renouvelé, nous avons passé la moitié du séjour (plus de 48 heures) à lui demander de régler le problème...elle ne retournait pas ni les SMS et ne répondait pas à certains de nos appels. Disons que le personne-ressource ne semblait pas intéressée d'assurer aucun suivi. Pour le téléviseur, il n'y a que quelques chaînes de base élémentaires. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est grand, très confortable et très bien équipé. Il y a une terrasse mais aucune vue intéressante. Sa localisation n'est pas optimale non plus car malgré les beaux couchers de soleil observés en face du belvédère, le plage et le centre de Nazaré sont trop loin pour s'y rendre à pied à chaque jour. Nous étions donc très dépendants de la voiture.

Séjour agréable et au calme à NAZARE

Il s'agit d'un appartement moderne et spacieux pour 4 personnes avec une terrasse fermée sans vis à vis ni vue mais disposant d'un BBQ prêt à être mis en oeuvre. L'appartement est propre et doté d'une connexion internet bas débit: ne pas utiliser le routeur huawei qui ne donne pas de connexion mais le routeur MEO. Cet appartement est mis à votre disposition tout équipé avec fourniture de tout le nécessaire pour y vivre sans avoir besoin d'acheter les produits d'usage courant. Il est situé en haut de NAZARE du côté ancien dans une rue assez calme qui permet d'accéder à un magnifique point de vue sur NAZARE et l'océan. Il faut cependant compter avec l'affluence de nombreux touristes étrangers (essentiellement français) pendant les premières semaine d'Août car de nombreux appartements ou chambres sont à louer mais aussi des portugais de France qui reviennent dans leur famille. Le parking est donc assez compliqué surtout pour le déchargement-chargement de vos bagages qui ne peut se faire à proximité du logement. Enfin, vous n'avez pas besoin de faire le ménage quand vous partez puisque cette prestation est comprise dans le prix de votre location. A proximité, je vous recommande de visiter Alcobça, batalha, fatima,Lisboa, Sintra Peniche, obidos et sa lagune ainsi que le marché en haut de caldas de rainha lorsqu'il a lieu et bien évidemment de profiter des plages mais pas de l'océan dont les vagues sont assez fortes avec une température d'eau trop basse sauf dans les zone protégées de la lagune d'Obidos ou de sao marhino de porto. Pour les restaurants, évitez la zone touristique où toutes les cartes se ressemblent et les prix aussi. Privilégiez les restaurants portugais avec plat du jour de viandes et poissons (daurade, bar, sardine) frais entre 7 et 9 euros et déguster les vins portugais servis à table pour un prix très raisonnable....mais souvent bondés. En bref, un voyage dont on revient détendu et dépaysé.
