Het verblijf heeft in principe echt alles om enkel positief te zijn, ware het niet dat het niet echt proper was (spinnenwebben), dat het kil & klam was doorheen heel het huis. Alsof het de 1ste verhuur van het jaar was en alles maanden leeg had gestaan, maar dat bleek niet zo. Er was slechts 1 houtkachel in living en 1 electrisch vuurtje, geen CV (of althans die stond volledig uit, men moest maar hout dat voorradig was gebruiken werd ons gezegd) Op zomerse dagen is dit ok en is het lekker koel in huis, maar in deze periode was het gewoon 's avonds te kil & klam in huis. Een werkende CV om een basistemperatuur te hanteren was nuttig geweest. Zo moesten we het electrisch vuurtje eerst vooraf wat aanzetten en de handdoeken moesten eerst in droogkast voordat je eigenlijk je bad/douche kon nemen. Ook was alle kledij ook klam als je het moest aandoen, ook al lagen ze in de kast. Gelukkig maakt d eomgeving & zwembad tijdens het verblijf veel goed, maar qua huis kon het dus veel beter aangepakt worden.

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Instandhaltung des Hauses hinkt hinterher. In Bezug auf Möbel und Stil veraltet. Völlig privat, wenn sich im rechten Haus keine Mieter befinden. Super große Zimmer. Der Pool war nicht beheizt. Ich vermute, dass die Wärmepumpe defekt ist/war. Während der Woche, die wir gemietet haben, wurde in den Skimmern oder im Schwimmbad kein zusätzliches Chlor gereinigt. Wir haben das selbst gemacht. Die letzten 2 Tage hatten wir keinen Zugang zum amerikanischen Kühlschrank. Wir konnten den Kühlschrank des 2. Hauses in 50m Entfernung nutzen. Frei von diesen Problemen hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub. Schade nur, dass dieses Gebäude etwas sich selbst überlassen bleibt. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit Frau Coudert waren großartig. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub in dieser schönen Villa in Sigoulès, Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war absolut atemberaubend, und die Kinder liebten den geräumigen Garten, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was es uns erleichterte, gemeinsam Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, Die nahegelegenen Höhlen waren ein fantastischer Tagesausflug, und die friedliche Atmosphäre trug zum Erlebnis bei, Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannenden Urlaub!

Zeer rustig gelegen voormalige wijnboerderij,met ruime kamers, zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf terras, zwembad verwarmd. Locatie grenst aan de wijngaarden. Zeer fijn wandelen in de omgeving, Bergerac op ca 12 km waar alle grote supermarkten te vinden zijn. In Segoules kleine supermarkt, pinautomaat en tankstation. Voor wie rust zoekt zeer aan te raden. Woonhuis blijft koel door zeer dikke muren.

Great pool, good value

The booking took place through Vrbo and then onwardly directed to Belvilla - no issues and worked well. House is a little dated but very well appointed as a rental property. The pool is amazing, heated which is a nice thing to have too! Slightly odd that bedding and towels not included and so we paid extra per person for bedding which was just left for us to make beds ourselves. Overall it’s a great location, great value for money but we probably found it in need of some attention within the house to return.

Sehr schöne Gegend und gut gelegene Villa. Schöne Aussicht auf ein Weinschloss und keine "Belastung" durch Nachbarn. Der beheizte Pool war angenehm und recht groß. Das Haus selbst ist groß und geräumig, es gibt ein paar erwähnenswerte Punkte: Die Matratzen sind wirklich nicht (mehr) bequem; Das Haus war bei der Ankunft kalt und feucht, schwer über den Holzofen im Wohnzimmer zu heizen. Mit der Zeit wurden wir geschickter darin, die Wärme von außen nach innen zu "fangen", so dass die Schlafzimmer von 15 auf 18 Grad gingen; die Absaugung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht richtig, trotz Öffnen des Fensters nach dem Duschen war es nicht zu verhindern, dass sich Schimmel bildete ab bilden ab Tag 4; wir waren der erste Mieter der nach der Winterzeit etwas länger im Haus blieb, die Abflüsse hatten es schwer damit. Trotz dieser Punkte hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt, wir geben der Unterkunft eine 7 das mit ein paar einfachen Anpassungen leicht eine 8 werden könnte.

Ontvangst was niet goed geregeld, we konden niemand bereiken en toen stonden we daar. De twee mensen die uiteindelijk kwamen waren super vriendelijk en hielpen ons goed verder. Belvilla werkte hierin qua communicatie niet fijn mee. Huisje was netjes bijgehouden, heerlijk zwembad. Je hebt inkijk in de tuin vanaf het andere huisje naast ons als die verhuurd is. Mooie omgeving. Winkels in de buurt. Fijne plek!

+ très belle demeure entourée d’un grand jardin + calme total (si personne dans la seconde demeure voisine) + grande piscine chauffée + belle décoration, - uniquement acceuil en Anglais (mais nouvelles personnes qui s’occupent depuis cette année de la maison et qui vont essayer nous pensons de bien aider les locataires) - jardin non clôturé totalement alors que depuis 4 ans déjà les locataires en font la remarque. Problème pour chien et enfant - grande humidité dans la maison - manque d’entretien général pour de petites choses. Dommage car la demeure est belle mais devrait être plus entretenue (manque d’ampoules ou pas les bons formats , machines diverses non nettoyées, bâche piscine difficile à ......) - manque de penderies - la rivière mentionnée à 300 m dans le n’est pas accessible Cher propriétaire, vous avez une superbe demeure mais qui demande un entretien et révision complète plus enfin une mise en ordre de votre haie afin d’avoir l’intimité promise maison humide

Nice house in quiet surroundings

We had a lovely stay in the house. It is located in green and quiet surroundings and has a great terrace with swimming pool. The house is well equiped and nicely decorated. We were the first guests after a long period of (covid) silence, so it needed some fresh air in the beginning, but the peaceful stay made all up for that.

Wij kwamen een uurtje eerder aan dan voorzien en de zeer vriendelijke buren die we hadden gebeld kwamen direct de sleutel brengen. N woordje uitleg geven en tegelijk een babbeltje maken. Het huis is prachtig, proper en heel goed uitgerust, het zwembad heerlijk en ook zeer proper. Kortom we hebben geen enkel minpuntje kunnen bedenken en komen volgend jaar met veel plezier teug

Prachtige oud wijnhuis met heel ruime en mooie kamers. Perfect gelegen 1,5 km van een klein dorpje met lekkere bakker en kleine supermarkt. Binnen de 20 min ben je Bergerac of andere kleine maar gezellig middeleeuws dorpje. Voor wie echt op privacy is gesteld zouden er toch wat meer struiken langs de rustige straatkant en buren mogen staan. Als de inkom iets toegankelijker zou zijn om met buggy binnen te geraken komen we zeker terug.

Je moet wel de Franse taal machtig zijn want anders zal de communicatie minder vlot verlopen. Het verwarmd zwembad is schitterend en goed onderhouden. Rustige omgeving en privacy verzekerd . We werden vriendelijk ontvangen (door de buurvrouw) en kregen een uitgebreide uitleg. Het is een mooi huisje met een prachtige, uiterst ruime master bedroom en een mooie parket in de living. Door de dikke muren lekker koel, ook al is het buite dertig graden. We genoten van het zwembad en het mooie uitzicht en vooral de rust en de natuur rondom. Het is tien minuten een kwartier wandelen naar het dorp, waar met een kleine Carrefour alles is wat je nodig hebt. Enige minpunt is het ontbreken van een zwembadstofzuiger waardoor de bodem van het zwembad moeilijk proper te krijgen is (ofwel is de poolboy nooit echt langsgeweest). Zeker de moeite.
