I arrived at 8:30pm with my elderly parents after a long travel only to find that the hotel denied any booking, they admitted fault but did not have any rooms. It’s a beautiful property in a great location. What stood out are all of the little treats and gifts and events etc for all guests. Makes one feel very welcomed. Staff somewhat disorganised at times and that could be improved.
