It’s in a good spot and clean and safe. We stopped on our way to the islands. Would choose it again next time we pass through. Nice walk along the beach and big shopping centres to explore.

When we arrived we were told our room wasn't ready so instead of being made to wait, we were upgraded to a suite. It was fabulous.

Fint hotel til prisen. Det mest venlige og hjælpsomme personale. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet. Det er slidt men funktionelt. Det er en hård tid for Cambodia, fordi turismen er på et meget lavt niveau siden Covid-19. Ligger tæt på strand og restauranter.

Ganz gut

Das Hotel ist insgesamt für ganz in Ordnung, haut einem aber nicht gerade von den Socken. Auch der Preis war eher an der oberen Grenze für dieses Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut, sowie auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Die Gänge/Treppenhaus wirkt irgendwie etwas schmudlig und es darf so wie ich es gesehen habe auch geraucht werden in den Stockwerken. Nichtraucher muss bei der Buchung ausgewählt werden. Das Frühstück war gut. Was allerdings etwas schockierende war, war der Blick in die (nicht mehr verwendete Küche), welche unglaublich dreckig war.

Transithotel für die Inseln

Chinesisches Hotel... Bis zum Serendipty Pier sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Für eine Übernachtung gut. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein tolles Buffet. Sihanoukville ist leider eine grosse, stinkende Baustelle.

Chinese hotel with cigarette smell and bad service

Aside from the reception, all other staff speaks literally ZERO English. Not even words such as milk or sugar. They are unappologetic about this and sometimes even walk away from you and refuse to use a phone translator! The room I booked was a non-smoking room but had a a smoke smell. Smoke smell is present even in the restaurant on 8th floor. There is only one elevator for the whole hotel. The hotel is completely adapted to Chinese tourists, including all labels and food choices. Don't book if you're not Chinese.

中華系ホテル、ホテルの鍵デポジットは現金でしか払えず、払戻も預けた時の領収書が無いと面倒なことになります。非常階段は付近のホテルと同じく無いので、火災などになると困ることになると思います。お客さんもほぼ中国の方でした。

Sihanoukville, hvorfor ikke ....

Flott hotell nær Otr. beach. Byen er under forvandling med mye byggevirksomhet. Hotellet serverer veldig bta frokost og har et fint bassengområdet. Vi bodde med sjøutsikt. Det er å anbefale.

I was disappointed by this hotel. On our two week trip we’ve stayed in many 3 star hotels in Cambodia and Vietnam. This was by far the worst and also by far the most expensive. Not worth the money unfortunately. The staff were not attentive, the bathroom was a it of a nightmare. It was a very small tube shape and the shower door didn’t close so water would spray out everywhere. If you’re lucky enough to get a room on ocean side the view from the balcony is nice. The location is good. The breakfast is good. The beds weren’t terrible but again the bathroom really distracted from the rest of the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price.

Tired and dated

Dated and tired Hotel in a convenient area. Hard beds, language barrier with staff, building works and loud music all around. Would not price this at $75 a night. Very shabby. Basic breakfast. Do not recommend.

A good Choice

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice spacious and well designed room on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the sea and islands. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and the beach. Nice breakfast for both Western and Asian tastes. The only problem I found was a slow lift and NO LAUNDRY SERVICE. Why do they put a laundry basket in the room with no laundry service?

二泊利用しました。セレンディピティビーチまで徒歩圏内です。周辺には、レストランもあり、飲食には困ることは有りません。ホテルは、中国系のようでした。部屋は、チェックインした時、アリが至るところにいて、殺虫剤を撒いたら、なんとかいなくなりました。あまり掃除が行き届いていないようでした。

Komforthotel mit deutlichen Schwächen im Service

Sehr zentrale Strandlage am Beach von Serendipity. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Toller Ausblick in den oberen Stockwerken und im Frühstücksraum im 8. Stock. Sehr schwache Serviceleistungen Am Silvesterabend 100 Prozent Aufschlag auf den Zimmerpreis, ohne weitere Gegenleistung: kein Galadinner, kein Extra-Getränk, kein freundliches Happy New Year des Personals am Neujahrstag. Bei Ankunft Name nicht auf der Gästeliste vorhanden - trotz Expedia-Bestätigung mit kompletter Vorauszahlung. Klärung dauert 20 Minuten. Ausdruck einer pdf-Datei (Boarding Pass) über mitgebrachten usb-Stick im Hotel nicht möglich. Nur als Anhang einer verschickten email. .... Dauer: über eine Stunde. Beim Ausckecken beauftragt die Rezeption den Etagenboy, die Minibar zu kontrollieren, obwohl es im Zimmer gar keine bestückte Minibar gibt. Sorry: bei einem Übernachtungspreis von rund 75 Euro erwarte ich - auch in Kambodscha - einen anderen Service!

고급스런 느낌의 숙소

로비에서 보니 중국인들이 많이 묵기 때문에 방음을 걱정했는데 방에 들어가니 방음이 잘 되어 그런 걱정을 할 필요가 없었음. 방은 넓고 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 베란다에서 보이는 바다 풍경이 좋았음. 무엇보다 화장실이 깨끗해서 좋았음. 아침조식도 훌륭하였음. 위치도 바다와 가까워 좋았음. 다만 낮에는 옥상층 공사를 하고 있어 낮에 숙소에 들어갔을 때는 공사하는 소리가 조금 시끄러웠으나 밤에는 문제 없었음.

Gute Lage des Hotels

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel und waren so weit zufrienden. liegt direkt am Pier für die Boote nach Koh Rong und zum Strand. Würde wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.
