Four Points by Sheraton Manado
Four Points by Sheraton Manado"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with paint peeling off the surfaces. Courtyard by Marriott Manado
Courtyard by Marriott Manado"A lot of maintenance being done. Was assigned a room, was put into a construction area and had paint fumes fill my room from the a/c unit. "The resort was too worn out and smelly room. Food was not good."

Swiss-Belhotel Maleosan Manado"I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for."
"As always, the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful."
"I used to stay in this hotel several years ago but my recent stay was not as good as I remembered . The room was not as clean as it’s supposed to be, the bathroom and sink were dirty and full of stains. The towel looks dingy. The breakfast buffet is okay. The staff was very nice and so helpful."
